Pedro Siza Vieira is a Partner in the Banking and Projects department in the Linklaters Lisbon office. His practice includes banking and structured finance generally - in particular project finance on the infrastructure, energy and transport sectors - with a strong emphasis on restructurings. Considerable experience in Public Law, especially in concessions, PPPs and commercial arbitration. Pedro is active both in Portugal and abroad and his cross-border practice is particularly strong in Angola and Mozambique. Pedro is lecturer at Católica University Law School in Lisbon and is the President of  the Portuguese Association of Arbitration. Pedro is Co-head of the Lusophone Africa Desk.
