Linklaters, together with British-Polish Chamber of Commerce, launched a report on a current employment market in Poland
“Flexible working hours and home office are widely expected by candidates and employees. Their implementation does not usually place a significant financial burden on the employer. However, the implementation process requires great caution.”
Monika Krzyszkowska-Dąbrowska, Łukasz Burakowski and Katarzyna Karczewska, together with the representatives of Dehora, ABC London Group, Kinnarps AB and the Wellness Institute published a report on the current employment market in Poland. A report, based on responses from HR managers across Poland, shows how employers are coping with demographics, rising wages, high attrition and a shrinking labour pool. The report draws on the current experience BPCC members, foreign investors and Polish private-sector businesses and offers practical insights into a dynamic labour market that has undergone rapid transformation since Poland’s accession to the EU.
